Stepping aside from the corporate hustle and bustle in her early 20s, Lauren felt a strong pull to the holistic wellness industry. After practicing yoga for nearly 7 years and seeing the physical and mental health benefits firsthand, she wanted to share the benefits with those around her. Lauren acquired her 200-hour yoga teacher certificate from Soul Space Yoga in West Palm Beach, FL. She is also certified in reiki energy healing and sound healing therapy.
